Once again, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no overnight children’s, youth or adult camps at Camp Sunrise this summer. However, an online program will continue to train Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) to raise up the future generation of camp leadership. As well, teams will be visiting various ministry units and running “Camp at Home” summer day camps. The Nanaimo Salvation Army Ministry Unit will be one of these Camp at Home host locations offering a week of day camps in August.
