Mt. Arrowsmith Salvation Army is thrilled to announce FREE ESL (English as a Second Language) courses for our community members! 
Are you or someone you know looking to improve your English language skills? This is a fantastic opportunity to learn in a supportive and friendly environment. Our experienced instructors are here to help you with speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Courses start on March 16, 2023 and will run twice per week, every Thursday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Location: Mt. Arrowsmith Salvation Army, 187 Alberni Hwy, Parksville, BC V9P 1L7
